What is the shelf life of prepared foods?
Food stores for 3-5 days in the refrigerator and 1-6 months in the freezer.
Is there a limited selection of foods?
I have a meeting with each client and work with your tastes to create a menu. I have a list of meals you can choose from as well.
Where do you shop for ingredients?
Typically Publix, Whole Foods and Fresh Market. I look for the freshest ingredients and choose organic when possible.
Do you offer gift certificates?

I have a valid State of Florida catering license, Serve Safe Certification and TiPPS Certification
Are you familiar with Gluten free or food allergies?
I have extensive practice with nut, dairy and egg allergies as well as a cache of gluten free recipes.
